To make delicious peaches in syrup, you need to pick whole, dense fruit. In this recipe, peaches can be closed whole or in halves.

Ingredients:

  • Peaches - 1 kg;
  • Sugar - 500 g;
  • Citric acid - ½ tsp;
  • Water - 1 l.

Cooking:

  1. Peaches are well washed. During washing, it is important to rub them with your hands so that the skin is well cleaned.

  • Vinegar (8%) - 0.2 l .;
  • Water - 1.5 liters.

Cooking:

  2. Water is boiled in a skillet with cloves, cinnamon and sugar.
